POSITION: Statewide Independent Living Council Rep

Position Description

Under the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA), the council is required to have at least one representative of the Statewide Independent Living Council (SILC) - who must be either the chairperson or another designee of the SILC.

While it is not required information on the application, the council must maintain a majority of members with a disability, so it is helpful to know if we are meeting that requirement while reviewing applications.
