- One member shall be a Municipal Public Water Supply System Operator or Superintendent. All appointed members must be residents of Minnesota at the time of and throughout the member's appointment.
Possible
duties: Adopt rules for plumbing code for Minnesota, final
interpretations of code when submitted to the board, adopt rules to
regulate plumbing licensure and registration.
