POSITION: Licensed Architect

Position Description

• Applications will be considered incomplete if a resume is not uploaded.
• One member shall be a Minnesota Licensed Architect and must possess a current Minnesota architectural license and maintain the license for the duration of the term on the council.  

The council reviews laws, codes, rules, standards and licensing requirements relating to building construction, and may: 1) recommend ways to eliminate inconsistencies; 2) review and comment on current and proposed laws and rules; 3) advise agencies on possible changes in rules and 4) promote the coordination, within each jurisdiction, of the administration and enforcement of construction codes.
